You Must First Call Your Account Manager Prior to Any Returns
Terrybear is not responsible for any returns sent without prior notification to customer service.
Procedure:
- Call your Account Manager at (888) 588-8767.
- Have your PO/invoice/packing slip number available.
- Please have all information regarding the product to be returned such as Item #’s, Description, Quantity/number of boxes, and reason for the return.
- Terrybear will issue a credit or replacement for products that are defective, damaged or shipped incorrectly, if claim is made within 30 days.
- You are responsible for call tag and restocking fees for products ordered in error.
- Products returned within 30 days may be returned with no restocking fee.
- Product returned within 30-60 days will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
- Products returned within 60-90 days will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
- Products held more than 90 days may not be returned.
- Products that have been discontinued may not be returned.
- Products that have been engraved may not be returned.
- Terrybear will issue a call tag or return label. Please Note - if you choose to return product directly, please let us know and we will provide you with the correct shipping address.
Please note statement on all Terrybear Invoices:
“Claims and Damages must be reported within 30 days of receipt of merchandise”.
